Our Services

Effective, comprehensive Business Continuity Management (BCM) systems are becoming increasingly essential, not only as a measure of sound corporate governance but also as a customer requirement or in some cases, a regulatory prerequisite for doing business. As the Business Continuity division of Noel Arnold & Associates, we specialise in the design, implementation and testing of BCM systems, involving the core elements of:

Risk Management, covering the whole process from identification and assessment through to treatment and monitoring, including physical risks to personnel and property, and strategic and operational business risks

Crisis Management & Emergency Response, including development and testing of all the processes from notification, assessment, activation, and escalation to the command structure, roles and stakeholder communications

Business Continuity Planning, contingency and recovery arrangements, based on potential impacts on critical business functions, and the development of appropriate continuity strategies and plans

Exercises and Training, design of company and industry wide crisis and emergency plans and management structures, detailed crisis management and support teams' procedure guides, and running corporate exercises to test and practice the plans, including desktop, role-played, and major live events with external stakeholder participation.

Our methodology is consistent with AS/NZS 5050, ISO 31000, with the guidelines HB 221, 292 & 293 and the Business Continuity Institute Good Practice Guidelines 2010, ensuring that the outputs we produce are fully compliant with the relevant standards.
